Orders placed after 1pm are delivered within 2 working days.
Large or bulk items are delivered within up to 3 working days.

No. We do not store or have access to your credit or debit card details. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Yes. As a UK VAT-registered company, all applicable prices include VAT, which will be clearly shown at checkout and on your invoice.
We deliver across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, and France.

Not always. Depending on the size and fragility of your items, your order may be sent in multiple packages and via different delivery services.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer free returns. However, we’re always happy to help you choose the correct parts before ordering and assist if you have any issues with your order.

with a photo of the item you received, along with your order number or postcode, and we’ll resolve this straight away.
All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the damage and outer packaging.
